When we make a donation isn't it good for a year? I received another subscription expired notice this week and again I made a donation in November last year.

I know this probably sounds like a broken record, but I have *no idea* why the software is doing this? It seems like it's only random users, but if it happens to that user once then it's highly probably it will do it again.

All I can do for now is apologize, and fix those users that have mysteriously lose their member status...
