Default Superior steering wheel

This wheel came on the 69 Nova. Mike says the dish is too deep and the wheel is "in his face". I may put it on the Chevelle but am missing all the horn button parts. Is there a universal kit or are they wheel specific? It does not appear that this wheel even lines up with the hub on the column.

Grant sells all the hardware for these wheels. I used the kit when I installed the red wheel on my Charger.
