K18 14x7 Rally what is it

I have a set of four wheels that are K18 14x7 chrome rally wheels. The valve stem is not in the normal place as most all other rally wheels. They are chrome and all have GM H and K18 stamped on them by the stud hole area. Can anyone give me any imfo on them as to if there dealer wheels, after market, etc. Thanks, Larry. 520-349-2337
