Default COPO engine rebuild--parts question

Hi guys. Figured some of you could help me out with this.

I'm preparing to start rebuilding my MQ code engine. I purchased a 143 cam from the guys here on the board (thanks again, guys!) I have not yet taken the block & heads to the machine shop for cleaning and determination of whether the block needs a bore or not. That is next on the list. However, once that happens, I want to be ready to purchase the parts I need.

I'd like to keep the engine stock as possible, but don't think I could afford (nor is it necessary to me) to rebuild with NOS parts. So, I'm looking for quality pistons, rods, rockers, springs (if needed), etc. and the best place to buy these items.

Appreciate the help.
