396-427 8 inch balancer number
anybody know where i can find the numbers on a balancer. i looked in back inside and found these numbers 3970235. does this make any sense to anyone just what this balancer is, a factory 396-427? Where is the year located also. Thank you.

thanks for the pic, now was this balancer used on the 396-375- 427-425 high perf engines. again where is the date located, thanks for all the info guys.
