No, it does not have knobs. If they are the same as the 69-70 style, I will include new inner and outer OER knobs. I will try to get a pic for you today. If not, it will not be until Friday.

how much for the am-fm? would it be correct for a 72 also?

Yes, I believe it would be correct for a 72 also. Others may know more. I just tested it. It works well on AM and FM. The volume only works at higher levels, about half way and higher. The contacts may need cleaning. Also, the heatsink has been cut back to fit in a 69 application. $250 for that one.
