WHERE IS THE CORRECT LOCATION FOR THE LEAF SPRING STICKER WAS IT AT THE FRONT OR REAR OF THE SPRING ?

Can be either. I have seen original cars both ways. Plants did not care which end of the spring the sticker was located.
