Here is a pic of an NOS correct 746 and 736. The one that Chad has is a later design. Not sure which one is correct for yor application however.

The second pic is the true original style valve.Not many people know about this.I have been looking at original pcv valves for awhile now and this is correct style.Maybe in the Corvette circles ,but not in the Camaro circles .
