Default Lakewood roll cage ID

A friend of my son just got this roll cage and wanted info as far as applications if anyone can help.
It also has a swing out bar, could this be original, or was it added on ? You can see a repair/modification.
Does it look like Camaro or Nova ?
Thanks for your ideas.
Mike

How often are these found with a swing-out door bar? The only one I've ever seen was a pic off this site, other than this one....

I have seen used 3pt with swing out bar but I could tell they were modified or added on by the owner. I remember seeing the swing out bar option in the catalogs??..could have been for their 4 point..I will check my old Lakewood catalogs in the next few days.
