SD is kind of misleading. No X in the vin so it is not a SD.

It does not say SD anywhere in his ad. I think Brent just figured it was. Still one hell of a car to finish.

I see "sd" in the title and Model listing?

Guy had added it's not an SD but he did say that in title. Looks like a clean body

Pops up in more searches if SD is in the title, right?

Yes, I think many E-Bay sellers put "SD" in titles for early Trans Am's and Birds, while GTO sellers like to put "Ram Air" (or RA) in the title. Just draws more attention through searches I guess. Many E-Bay buyers and tire kickers have E-Bay alerts set up for specific keywords like "SD", so it guarantees more exposure and interest.

No harm, no foul, as long as the actual description explains that the car is not really an SD or RA car. Chevy sellers like to put "COPO" or "SS" into their titles just to draw more attention, or likewise "W-30" for the Olds crowd.

I've seen some ads where they put "COPO SS RS Yenko" in a title for a base 1969 Camaro.
