Default SW Green Line Tach help / decode

Ive checked site on this tach and the numbers dont make sense to me.

1) Does this tach require a sender? I thought 960AA did not
2) Can someone decipher the date code?

Thanks in advance

You may need to post more info, or a pic.

This might help.

I’ll be happy to help once I know what we are talking about. The 960AA tach does not require a sender and is for 12 V, 8 cyl applications.
