on eBay - '67 Camaro 396?

Sorry if this posting thwarts anyone's plans? . Here's a '67 in Fla....says 396 but not if there's an engine included? . Sure be nice if there was a cowl tag pic! . No feedback seller so beware....may be something worth checking if you're anywhere near it? .
