Default COPO? Hmmmm ... Now what?

It's begining to look like I have a '69 COPO Camaro. See http://www.camaros.net/forum/ultimat...ic/6/4910.html For details. My questions are, what do I need to register it, certify it, insure it, restore it. This is all pretty new to me, so any pointers would be much appreciated.

Awesome! Congrats on "discovering" a supercar right in your own garage! You came to the best site on the net for info and advice on these cars, use the "search" feature and surf through literally thousands of posts with useful info, and feel free to ask questions, I'm sure there are a ton of people here who are willing to help.

Very Cool,
Congrats!
Question: Does your car have the correct rear spoiler spring rods to hold the Deck lid open with a spoiler on it?

Let us know if and when you find out if the internal components of the rear are original to the car and what the corresponding dates are.
