True Outdoor Car Cover

Hey guys,

I will soon be parking one of my cars outside for a little bit and I need to know the best true outdoor car cover. The cover needs to withstand rain, sleet, snow, and summer sun. The cover also needs to be 100% water proof. Thanks guys.
