68 Jack for LA Camaro

I am in need of a jack for my 68 Camaro. Mine is an LA car, so need the square shaft jack. Would prefer a date correct so June or July 1968 date. I really just need the shaft and mechanism, have all the other correct parts. But I'd be interested in a full assembly as well. Thanks
