Hi. I recently purchased this vehicle, which I have known of for over 20 years. I ran into this car by mistake one day when I was driving the sideroads of Ontario. The owners and I became friends over the years and he recently passed away. I purchased it from his wife a few weeks ago. He had told me he acquired the car in the spring of 1970 after it had been stolen and the engine and wheels removed. The car was repainted silver approximately 30 years ago and has been sitting in his garage for well over the 20 years that I knew him; it had never been out of the garage since I knew him. He had had this car documented by GM Vintage Services back in 1995 and I had it redone a couple of weeks ago hoping it would show a little more information; it didn't. In any event I will attempt to post a picture of the documentation and the car however I am terrible at doing this. Doug.
