... It says &quot;PRINCES - Putting the Notorious 15th&quot;

... It is ( 36&quot; tall X 42&quot; wide )

...made of wood with painted scene of two Golfers on a putting green with a lighthouse in the background and two old wooden shaft golf clubs on the face of the sign.
