Default Aftermarket BBC valve cover ID

Never seen these before. They look 80's but may be early 90's parts. Anyone know a company that made these? Stamped in ink on the inside is 2 part numbers 4146 and 1199.

Thanks
Matt

B&M stuff there fit perfect with a mega blower and some pink and baby blue heartbeats, sorry had to... That brought back some very bad flashbacks
