Hot Rod, Car Craft, new "Yenko"

Both magazines have a small write-up about the new Yenko from Classic. He says he now has the rights to the Yenko name. Is that the truth?

Here is the short version. They say they do, the Yenko family say they do not, only time (and the courts) will tell.
