Default Nova big block intake question.

Does anyone here run an aftermarket intake manifold on a big block 68-72 Nova? I have a Dart/World Products Merlin intake. It the same as an Edelbrock Performer RPM. I just need to know if it will fit under my stock hood. Carb is a Holley 4160. Thanks.

I have the Edelbrock on my 427 in a 70. No clearance problems.

I have a performer rpm air gap on my 70. The l78 air cleaner assmebly rubbed the hood so i changed over to the l88 style and have no more issues. Plus the l88 looks cooler.
