Can somebody tell me what this carb is?

Found this on Chevelles.com. List number was the same but, different part number. Not sure if it's correct.

From my Holley literature; R-3837A fits 67 Chevelle SS396 GM part #3908957-EJ. 712 is the date code. Translates to 7 = 1967, 1 = January, 2 = 2nd week of the month.
