Default Original 70 Z spare???

Is this correct for a 70 Z?? it was in the trunk of my car when I bought it. It still has most of the 'tits' on the tire as it has never been on a car as far as I can tell.

Where is the date code on the rim?? I dont see any numbers near the valve stem??

what does the date decode to??

Thanks yenko.net!!

The date code 'A3' translates to the 24th week of the production year.
