Default RARE CAMAROS AT AMELIA ISLAND

The same display involving the pair of Baldwin Motion cars will also include several rare Camaros including three from the Wayne S. collection (all 4 spd cars with one Olympic gold). Also present will be 2 ZL-1 cars from David B. These will include #'s 3 and 38 (as many of you know, the latter retaining its original drivetrain). There will also be original Trans Am Camaros with Parnelli Jones, Dan Gurney, Sam Posey, George Follmer and John Morton present. Hope some of you can make it. Tremendous thanks to Rich P for securing invites for much of the display.

A reminder for anyone that can make this event. Feel very fortunate to have a special class for Supercars (rare camaros) at Amelia. I feel this venue is easily on par with Pebble Beach. I was fortunate to get invited since my Chevelle was the "tow vehicle" for a rare Camaro. This is truly a world stage for our cars. March 7th, 8th and 9th-off the coast of northern FL at the Ritz-Carlton. Maybe someone can post a link? Or maybe I should have posted in the events section? Anyway another loading pic from today...

I actually had 2 supercars there in the early 90's from Dick Bridges collection. Its a nice show, but not the typical show a regular musclecar guy goes to. Should be neat to see the 2 Motion cars hooked up.
