Default trim tag build date

Were there 4 or 5 weeks of assembly in October 1968? Did GM go to a 10E week?

Which car & plant cause sometimes it mattered.
There were 5 weeks in that month regardless, even if a plant had an off week or not but playing the devils advocate, theoreticly that coulda been a week when they didn't assemble.
