209.7" = overall length (about 3" more than 1969).

You're "going after a Superbee"?

Your question reminds me of that scene in Jaws when Roy Scheider sees the shark for the first time and says: "Maybe we need a bigger boat."

-Why else would you ask the length of a Superbee?

Maybe we need a bigger garage! -I found that out the hard way after buying my first Superbird in 1980 and it wouldnt fit in the garage.

Going after it sometime this week hopefully.After we pick up a longer trailer.1 owner car been sitting since 75.54 thousand on the odometer.Tranny went out so he pulled motor and tranny.Pushed the car outside and the motor and tranny was covered under hay in the barn.383,automatic,bench seat,bulge hood,red with black c stripe.
Paint actually still looks good.Lower 1/4's just starting to get some rust on the very bottom.Weather has really worked on the interior compared to the outside.

I have everything I need except 1/4's.I could probably get by with some patchs but, I am going to be awhile before starting so I'll keep looking. We got a lot of stuff we needed from a guy in Cookville TN.He had one Hurst car there and some other hardtops.He was real reasonable on parts,125 a piece for 2 rust free fenders.I might have an extra scoop.Still don't know which one actually goes on this car.Two different size holes in the opening in the front.Supposedly different build dates.
