Each time this happens we loose another place to have a carshow or cruise in. Very sad. When the lawsuits are over - look out for the ripple effect in the hobby.
Lots of liability when you light em up in public and you are stupid.

BTW, I can't understand how they got insurance to cover any potential problems that *might* have occured.
When we ran a promotion at Tempe Diablo Stadium that involved a freestyle motocross show (backflips, etc off of ramps)...we had to have concrete barriers and the water filled plastic barriers between the show particiapnts and the crowd...plus the insurance was about 8k.... SO how did this group get the go ahead to do this???
