Default repop spiral shocks

For you guys with repop spiral shocks how is the ride?

I just bought a set for my 70 Chevelle from D&R and they seem to push in and pull out very easy. So what are they going to be like with 3700 lbs. riding on them?
or should I just keep the Monroe sensatrac's on it.

I can describe the repro shocks in one word. JUNK. I've had two sets on my Chevelles and 5 of the 8 were dripping oil within 6 months, and they were on cars that were trailered.

Most of your repop shocks from your favorite vendors will or should tell you that they only recommend you use the repop shocks for show car use only...."Trailer Queens" not to offend anyone.

I'll say this.. Our Trailer Queens may not get driven and those repops may be suggested for our cars, but they still get alot of drive time in those trailers.. lots of up and down on those 6 plus hour trailering trips.. so it's not like cars in trailers don't use shocks.
