Default Lots of super car steel on ebay........

Three Supercars on the sleez bay, Yenko Deuce, Yenko Camaro and a COPO.....

Yeno Deuce

Yenko Camaro

COPO
(Scunzio Chevrolet?)

Lots of COPO Connection paperwork, helpful or harmful?

That's alot of high end cars at the same time, and along with the Motion camaro recently sold, alot of high end cars on ebay in a short time......

Do you guys think the recent drop in mid level car prices are starting to affect the higher end cars?

Rich

Nice cars but where's the beef?.Zero for four on born in drivelines, good luck on those BIN prices.

Translation of correct-not original(for now)

Still think the "all there" examples will hold their water down the road.

That Scuncio COPO, is that the one that was for sale on Ebay a few years ago? I can't remember but I think that one of the earlier owners went to jail for murder or something?

The last time I seen the COPO it was brown and that was at CT drag way. I sold that car when it was new and remember when Moe bought it,and yes it had a set of heads in the trunk. It was the first one we had at Scuncio and I had to take it out to break it in. I have a picture of the car some where when it had my name on the side of it. Bob

Yes, considering that it only has 7hrs to go, 1 bid at 100k and has generated no discussions here or any other board that I am on.

I mean, as a seller (and I have several cars for sale) it seems as if the driver market which has been soft for a few months is now getting soft on the mid priced cars (which is all I fool with). Wondering if the higher priced cars are in froa drop as well. In the past, with a few yenko's and a copo on ebay, the boards would have been abuzz with them, both pricing and originality wise. Now nothing.

Also, I was wondering if the Ed C cert was a help or a hinderance?

Recently, there seems to be alot of higher end cars on the market, and I don't see a whole bunch moving. Of Course, here in good ol Louisiana we don't have many "super" cars anyway, so I was just asking for comment.

As I buyer, I am always looking for a deal, so on the other hand, if things start to drop then I may finally be able to pull off a 69 COPO!

Now, if only that Burgandy COPO was stay around the 100k mark!

[/ QUOTE ] You also dont see the prices dropping on the cars that arent selling. The difference between cars, houses and stocks are this. When the market is down, everyone rushes to sell thier houses and thier stocks creating an even weaker market. If car owners cant get thier price, they put the cover on thier car and dont really care . Thats why the car market is always strong. Everytime there is a supercar or two on ebay, everyone thinks its because the market is down. If you want to know how the market is doing try and find a real supercar at a bargain price. Its just not gonna happen. Its almost impossible to sell ANY car for 150/200K without factory paperwork, but if it had no factory papers,Ed C paperwork would be the next best option you could have.
