Yenko Camaro for sale in '89

This is the flyer that was on the windshield of this '69 Yenko Camaro. It looks like the plate says '89, it was sometime around then.
Wonder what John got for it, if it sold.
Wonder how much John wishes he still had it if it did!

I know I wish I bought it back then!

I believe that was at Super Chevy in Maple Grove Pa.
Back then they did not have that event in Virginia...so I drove the car from Newport News, Va. to Maple grove to attend that event....I thought I would advertise the car while I was there....and possibly sell it and get a mid-year corvette....but with all the attention it got I figured ....Why do I need a corvette!
....I still have the car...and since the storms have passed and it will be in the mid 60's...I think I'll take it out for a cruise

dose anyone remember the red canadian copo that was forsale about 6 or so yrs ago at carlisle? It had big holes in the rear wheel wells for liquid tire chain option and i believe that car was a auto also...price was 50k i think...Man i wish i could turn back time
