Default Did any L/72 COPO's get ordered with L/89?

I have always wondered about whether or not any of the COPO
L/72's got ordered with the L/89 option? Was it even an
option or a possibility? If so, would that have been an
advantage for drag racing in any certain class due to the
weight savings? Or, were the COPO's in a separate class
anyway?

Mark,

I think L-88 figures in there somewhere as well.
