Default New Toy

Well this is the first day I've had that I could get my new toy out to play and take some pics. "65" coupe 327/365, tint, off-road service exhaust, TI and real knock-offs. Pretty low miles with docs. Sold new at Claude Parrish Chevy in Liberty, MO. Thanks Zedder for setting me up with the transport contact. Norm got the new baby here with no problems and very resonable rate.

Paul

love the real knock-offs!

Stunning example. I'm partial to mid-year Vettes too!

Thanks guys, the car has had one re-paint in the late 80's and it still looks fantastic. It was after the re-paint that it won the Duntov award (I believe around 88). I think since then not much had been done to it other than the occasional drive. So a lot of work over the winter will be required to detail under the hood and the underside. The engine/tranny will come out next week.

Congrats Paul! The car looks beautiful! Glad to hear that Norm worked out for you...Unfortunately, I can no longer reccomend his services.

BTW, Bobby is still raving about your '68 Z that he bought and now he wants me to find him another one! I told him I'm still kicking myself for not buying your car myself! Enjoy the Corvette
