Default Firestone date code

Picked up a set of F70-14s...the code on them is as follows:

F1K5037

So, any idea what we have here?

Rob
Is that the entire DOT code?
If so,I show that as the Dong Feng Tire Factory in Shi Yan City,Hubei,China.
I can't find out much about them today, but do show that Firestone outsourced production of something to them in the late 1970's until??
That would make sense for a 3rd week of 1977-87-97 date.
How old do they look..tread stencils,nubs..pictures?
