Anyone seen this ! ebay # 300008404644 is this something special or just a regular Camaro!

I would lean towards a regular Camaro. Dual fuel lines clearly shown so you can rule out COPO. I also see a crossover head pipe for a single exhaust. Most likely someone added a 12 bolt sometime in it's life.

Just a wrecked Camaro needing a ton of work.
