Default Street Tires

I am running a set of M&H Muscle Car drag tires on the back of one of the cars. I like the performance and looks of the tires. The downside is that the tires are so soft that they pick up stones and are chipping the paint behind the rear wheel wells. I just painted the car and don't want to destroy the paint this quickly. Has anyone used any of the drag radial products and have any opinions? Thanks for the help.

Hey Bill, they do the same thing. Buy a cheap, flexible pair of rubber flaps. You can temporarily attach them with those stronger clips you buy at the automotive store. When you want to go for a ride, clip them on. When you get home or to the car show, take em off. May have to trim them to your fit. Sam

I think it's 3M that makes a clear decal-like product that you can cut to shape and apply behind your rear wheels to save the paint, but easily peel off...
