I grabbed this video while playing Motor City Online and just now was able to compress it (DivX) and host it. All 2nd gen Chevelle fans....put in a tune you like to drive fast to and click now:

Yep. The game had a TON of variables, one of which was spoiler sizes to tune the F/R downforce.
The game actually had a simplified version of Desktop Dyno in the "garage" section to let you tune for carb size, cam profile, intake, header size etc etc.. During this run, I'm pretty sure I had a 850+ ZL-1 powering the car. Car Craft did a 3 or 4 page write up on it prior to EA ![]()
