This guy's been selling these since late October of last year. Looks like he got hold of an old Addressograph machine and a bunch of blanks.

Nothing new, a guy in FL has been advertising them for sale in Hemmings for as long as I can remember. Have to wonder, though....how long will it be before we see the Elvis POP show up as "documentation" in some scam eBay auction? ![]()

I took my POP out of the file to take a look at it again. The way the booklet has the vin # perforated into it, I can't see how anyone could duplicate the entire thing and make it look like my original. You'd have to be blind to not know the difference between the real POP's and the fakes. If I was looking to buy a car and some scumbab showed me any fake paperwork, I'd head for the hills. I just don't see the point in faking this stuff. Are that many people buying cars, site unseen, because they see a fake/real POP or build sheet in a picture?

Bill, I believe that perforation thing is 68-only. Definitely no perforation on my 69's POP or manual.
