![]() i'm working on a 69 camaro and bought a repop rear spoiler and it looks like its molded plastic. wasnt the original rear 69 spoilers fiberglass? maybe someone out there knows. thanks ! steve keech sarasota florida ![]()

The spoilers are what is called SMC fiberglass. That is short for sheet molded compound. Not FRP Fiberglass reinforced polyester. So you can't use regular polyester resin to fix it, you have to use SMC resin. In case anyone was curious.
