Default COPO Rusty Headers what to do??

those of you that have seen the link to My Car and engine, I ask this question. would you leave the Rusty Super Comp Headers on there that are a Part of the Cars Now unfolding legacy? Or I have a Set of nice Coated Big Tube Headers with 3 inch aluminized exhaust sitting in my garage that came off a 69 BB Camaro. They came with my Buddys Engine "He had to Buy" and had nowhere to keep. What to do, what to do...? I understand the whole Day 2 Car thing, But what about "Day 3"???

Dave take them to Jet Hot. They will restore them. I have taken some pretty rough
looking headers and they did a fantastic job on them. They are in Bridgeport Pa.

Great idea! That is about thirty minutes from me. a friend actually met the guy that owns that place and he gave me the card last year. I have HPC on My Cobra's Headers and sidepipes. Holding up steady. I imagine they are a similar type of product. Thanks for the tip.

I had Jet Hot do the multi-piece headers from my 70 426 Hemi Charger. These were, like yours, 30+ years old and rusty. Be warned: they do not fix any dents, they just do the coating. They came out excellent. I also had them do the exhaust manifolds on my 69 Z11 in cast iron grey. They look great and have never changed color in 2 years of running.

Just a thought, I wonder if one of them paint less dent repair guys
could get the dents out. I am amazed at what they can do with dents
on the sheet metal..
