wonder what changed from 1st and second pic. The papers now attached to the windshield and front bumper? Build sheets, broadcast sheet?

Yes - those are build/broadcast sheets. And Hood installed.

I would Assume at this point "Chevrolet Side"
"Chassis Broadcast Sheet" since this would contain the two letter codes for Chevrolet assembled components for install.

Also here is a commonly available repop of the GMAD VN/LOS Label on the windshield. I am not sure How accurate my commercial copy is but it is a neat display item

The sheen difference firewall to heater blower box really stands out on this pic…..

The upper left one is not in same position.
Possibly different car but same color- model???

Adding
cart looks different.
Maybe car behind in first pic??
