The problem with tracking this information is that some of the bidders can be good Camaro guys trying to get some of these tags off the market so people won't build bogus cars with them. I know for a fact that there are several people buying these original tags to prevent future fraud and that's a good thing. So you wouldn't want to mention somebody as doing something bad when they are really helping out. But in this case, there are guys bidding on a fake tag.

I hate to say it but if good guys are doing that it's not that smart of an idea. That's like trying to kill every mosquito in your town. Since these are getting repoped that good guy better have a lot of time and $. Best thing to do is to call it out then let the auction run it's course with no bidders.

No, I'm saying the good guys are buying the original GM tags that come up for sale. They wouldn't waste time or money on the fake tags since there is an endless supply of those. But fake tags are easier to spot on a fake Z28 than an original GM tag on a fake Z28.

That is a very interesting observation...I never really thought of making a fake Z as to me it would be worthless, unless it was completely intended and known and shared as a made up car!
