If you can find a ready strip place thats the easiest. Powdercoating is tuff stuff. Blasting will take a while.

Mickey is 100% correct, powdercoating is VERY TUFF STUFF.I had some pulleys and brackets powdercoated and about a year later decided to just blast and paint them.Well my Sandblasting guy had a real tuff time getting all that crap off.He said he had to use some stripper to help soften that stuff up.I would look at having them acid dipped or stripped chemically if at all possible. Also my sandblasting guy had a really large commercial blasting unit, not just a cabinet blaster.

Yup, I agree. Take them to a coater and have them bake the coating off. They'll heat them up to about 450-500 deg and all it will need is a light hit with the bead blaster to remove some residue.
