Default 69 z block

ive got a casting # 3956618 block 4 bolt main, came with extended studs for windage tray, block has been surfaced so there is no stamping on front pad, has (618, 632, g49 cast under timing cover), (14 cast on fuel pump boss), (632, 618, h43 cast in rear of block), (371, 386, 104 N cast on oil fiter area), is this a true z block or could it be considered correct for a non numbers matching car. any help would be appreciated. thanks
