Default 69 Camaro Gauge Options

Has anyone seen a console-shift automatic '69 Camaro with the tach and center-dash fuel gauge (no console gauges)? Was this a viable factory combination?

There are no restrictions shown on the tach-only option. There is an Olympic gold Z/28 in N. Wisconsin that is tach only with a console. Odd but possible.

I believe this option was available towards the end of the 1st quarter of 69. Yenkos were equipped with this option (U16)after the first couple of deliveries. I am sure someone knows when this option replaced the stewart warner tach on Yenkos.

The Jack Douglass Yenko that I occasionally tend to is a Canonsburg car, X11 with auto and console, SW tach, no gauges. Probably too early for the tach/fuel gauge combo, don't know of any built that way.

I've seen a Douglas Yenko that was a U16 / D55 (tach only with console). Saved a couple of bucks and got you a tach and floor shift........

Thanks for the replies...my RS/SS is a late build car so I suppose this wouldn't look too out of place for a possible retrofit.
