That jacket has been on Ebay in the past. Looks like a Kmart jacket w/a motion patch sewn on. I've seen the patches sell for $25-$50 in NOS condition.

I have two Motion jackets that came from Motion and they don't look like that one. One is blue and the other is black with Buick Grand National graphics on it.
