I don't see a VIN referenced anywhere.
I do see an 09A body; looks like the 15th A body convertible through the body shop in Kansas City for the '67 model year. K

Huh, this car has the very early design stainless rocker panel moulding without the lip screwed to the door sill ….. as it should have.
A later build showing the second design moulding.
