Kind of an odd ball request.
Any Tri Five owners here with a stash of parts? Need one spindle washer. OD is 1 and 15/16. ID is 3/4. Mic says 1.940 and .758. Let me know if you have one.

Does that have a tang to fit in the slot of the spindle to prevent it from turning ?

Yes. The 3/4 inch ID does not take into account the tang.
