Default '68 Camaro SS396 - interesting project

This dealer is typically a junk peddler, but this car is fairly interesting. I see a 6000-rpm tach and big block heater core...not sure if it was an original 4-speed car that was later converted to automatic...who knows.

Would be nice to see the axle code. Also looks like a deep-groove alternator and crank pulley are in the parts bin.
