Hi Gang, as the title says, a cheap alternative to the often expensive 772 fan.
It's a Genuine 3947772 fan, but dated C74 and at some point, a previous owner wanted it to be a fixed blade fan and welded the clutch flange to the fan hub...?! Anyway, a subsequent owner then tried to free the two pieces and got as far as cutting them apart; it still won't freewheel. Clutch still seems to have a high viscosity. Anyway, here's a real 772 fan and clutch for a driver or flipper - it's got the look, just not the date and will need a little clean up which is likely not a big deal for most here reading this. $50 PPFF plus shipping. Cheers all, Anthony |

Looking at the welds from an old arc welder, I'd be amazed if there was any fluid left in that hub. The tension may well be dry bearings sticking together...
![]() I'm interested in using the fan with a new hub. Do you still have my address in plain view to get a shipping quote... ![]()
