67/68 Camaro Lighter Bezel

I am missing the original chrome trim ring (bezel) with the "lighter" decal on it for my latest restoration. I am using all excellent condition GM original items where I can, so before I buy a set of reproductions (for just the one bezel) I thought I would ask here first.

Also If you have the original pull out lighter for the same I will need one of those too.
