Looks like the guy painted it, assembled it part way, and threw in the towel.

If I didn't know better, I would think my dad owned that car! He used to "make his mark" on everything he owned with the duct tape. He passed a year ago today, and we made sure that we sent along a fresh roll with him to the Hereafter.
